Diplomatic Visit Tokyo is an educational, diplomatic and cultural program of Young Diplomats of Georgia, designed to introduce young people to Japan’s diplomatic, political, academic and cultural environment. The program offers participants the opportunity to experience Tokyo as a global center of diplomacy, international cooperation, education, innovation and cultural exchange.

The program combines visits to international organizations, diplomatic institutions, leading universities, governmental and public institutions, and significant cultural landmarks, providing participants with a deeper understanding of Japan’s role in international relations and its engagement with the global community.

Through institutional visits, educational meetings and cultural experiences, participants explore Japan–Georgia relations, multilateral diplomacy, the work of international organizations, academic cooperation and cultural diplomacy. The visit also encourages young people to discover how Japan combines its rich historical heritage and traditions with innovation, modern governance and a strong international presence.

Diplomatic Visit Tokyo provides a unique opportunity for young participants to expand their knowledge of global affairs, develop an international perspective and experience diplomacy and international cooperation beyond the classroom.
